They have amazing communication and even though my Ford Explorer needed to be in the shop for radio repair, a loaner vehicle was readily available on-site and made life easier - it was even a beautiful 2023 Audi Q5. What better way to relieve someone without their own vehicle than to borrow an even nicer one? I wish all dealerships were like this one. 10/10

Our experience at this dealer has been beyond reproach. The sales person Johnathan was extremely cordial and so was the sales manager Andrew. Andrew gave us a good price and spent quite some time answering all our questions and showed us the techno features of the Q5. Johnathan spent time test driving with us beyond the dealership closing time on Saturday. He is new but a fast learner and he has what it takes to excel.
Most finance managers are rude and behave like leaches but not Dimitri. He also knows a lot about the cars!

We just purchased a Lexus from here and worked with Josh and Eli and let me tell you the experience was fantastic. The people at this dealership were really looking out for us (as hard as it is to believe that a car dealer would genuinely look out for you) and are NOT pulling a bait and switch like many other dealerships.

Very bad experience with management of this dealership. I just purchased a new RS Q8 from this dealer, very easy transaction out of state purchase over the phone. The finance manager was very rude and disrespectful on how he was speaking to me. I purchased the car over the phone and scheduled to get it picked up by truck the next day. When the car arrived it was not washed and it was completely empty it had 5 miles before the car shut off. I made an easy sale for them for $150K wire transfer and the level of service was just awful.
